Who are we?

Tom is the Founder and Managing Director of TML Recruitment, a specialist property and real estate search firm working across the UK, the Middle East and, most recently, the United States. He has spent 19 years building elite property teams. His career began in London before he moved to Dubai, where he progressed from Consultant to Director in three years leading the Middle East real estate division of a multinational agency. He founded TML in 2018 to build a search business known for high standards, ethics and honesty, placing everyone from CEOs at major developers to general practice surveyors in boutique consultancies, with many client relationships running for years on repeat instructions. What sets Tom apart is that he values long-term relationships over short-term wins, gives candid, well-informed reads on the market and offers honest counsel. Outside work, when his two young daughters aren't running rings around him, he plays golf badly and supports Tottenham Hotspur, which brings issues of its own!

Andrea specialises in the UK market and brings over 10 years of recruitment experience across general recruitment and the construction and property sectors. She has worked across four continents, beginning her career in South Africa and the Middle East before moving to the USA and Canada. Today she focuses on the UK Property General Practice market, building high-performing property teams in both global and SME property consultancies, with a focus on executive search and headhunting. Known as the recruiter who actually listens, she is honest and backs her opinions with facts and real market knowledge. Outside work she is a mum to two boys (#BoyMomForTheWin), a self-appointed school-project maestro, a novice baker and a dedicated series binge-watcher. What sets Andrea apart is that she listens, tells the truth, gives real market facts, asks how your weekend was and always puts people first.

Natalie is an experienced recruiter specialising in homebuilding, construction and the wider property sectors, with over 13 years of experience. She started her recruitment career in 2013 and has built her reputation on headhunting, executive search and finding hard-to-reach talent across construction, housebuilding and property. She has worked nationally across the UK and has extensive experience supporting businesses across multiple US states, giving her a strong understanding of both markets and strong UK and US relationships. What sets Natalie apart is genuine relationships, honesty, doing things the right way and real market knowledge. Outside work she is mum to two boys and loves spending time with family and catching up with friends.
